Pro Spot‘s PR-5D Riveter is a SPR Rivet Gun that applies & removes rivets as a cold joining process on heat sensitive materials, like aluminum. The Riveter comes equipped with a variety of magnetic dies for : applying SPR and solid rivets, removing rivet and flattening. With such variety in today’s vehicles, and with many different size rivets used in the vehicle repair process – the PR-5D uses magnetic dies to assist in quick rivet changes. To avoid downtime, the PR-5D Riveter comes with two lithium rechargeable batteries and a charging dock.
The IH-5200 Induction Heater features digitally controlled induction heating up to 5.2kW. The IH-5200 breaks down adhesives through indirect heating of steel and aluminum panels. It removes them easily and safely in seconds. It removes seized bolts, graphics, glass, realigns frame rails, and much more. The torch is water-cooled all the way to the head. The torch is also electrically isolated for safe reliable operation.

The Pro Spot line of Fume Extractors is designed to remove harmful welding fumes in a variety of applications. Fumes are captured using a 6′ Flame Retardant Flexible Hose. The Pro Spot Fume Extractors are extremely portable, quiet, efficient and are available in either 110 or 220VAC.

The Pro Spot AL-5 Capacitor Discharge Stud Welder is designed for aluminum dent pulling but can also be used with steel studs for welding to UHSS panels with no or very little heat applied to the panels. The welder is very easy to use and is controlled by one knob to adjust weld power. The welder auto detects the line voltage between 110 VAC – 240 VAC.

The HSW-200 Hot Staple Welder is used for welding cracked or broken plastic parts. The Versatility of the HSW-200
The HSW-200 can be used with any outlet between 110v and 240v. Four different types of staples are available to fit the type of repair or shape of the plastic. Staples can be loaded in the gun at three different angles so that the target area can be reached and approached from the correct angle.

Pro Spots PR Series Plasma cutting systems utilize inverter technology with an internal compressor. The PR Series is a portable, single-phase, microprocessor controlled plasma cutter equipped with pneumatic cutting torch. Easily used even at a distance from a compressed air source. They produce quality cutting on all conductor materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, etc. They are suitable for lightweight and heavy cutting, maintenance of large installations, air conditioning systems, shipyards and metalwork in general.
The Nitrogen Plastic Welder uses hot nitrogen gas to restructure common plastic components in automotive repair — from cracked bumper cover surfaces to hinged tabs. Nitrogen is used as a shielding gas to prevent the plastic from burning during the weld process — producing a strong, lasting weld. Compressed air is used to maintain consistent temperature between welds — the nitrogen is only activated when pulling the trigger so that it’s not wasted between welds.

Heater Protection:

The PR-205MV is the new compact, lightweight, microprocessor-controlled welding inverter suitable for MIG/MAG, MMA + TIG welding processes.
